With a total area of 28,66 acres and 11,11 acres of built area, Helipark is considered a major specialized services center for helicopters in Latin America and a worldwide reference in aircraft maintenance and customization. Hangars, fueling, maintenance, paintwork, upholstery and an air taxi service, plus unique services such as bird-proof windscreens (Helibú) all under one roof and with every comfort and distinguished service.

Operating at Helipark is safer.

At an altitude of 2.595ft, Helipark offers ideal conditions for the safe takeoff and landing, while being outside the area of crowded skies. The obstacle-free visual approach  facilitates operations and allows for considerable savings in maintenance and fuel.

There are 9 parking spots, each 46ft in diameter with a distance of 22,97ft between them and connected by a 754,6ft long and 19,7ft wide taxiway which eliminates the risk of flying a helicopter over another on the track. At the Helipark the measures required by the ANAC (the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Authority) were enlarged to make the taxiing safer for all aircraft models.

The helipad measures 84,32ft X 84,32ft and is able to accommodate helicopters of up to 10 tons, covering all models in operation in Brazil. The fact that the helipad is on the same level as the parking lot makes the approach and landing of aircraft and the disembarkation of passengers more practical and safer.

Control Tower with 360 ° visibility, weather station, telecommunication station and the entire structure needed for the installation of equipment for IFR operations.
